“Buzzfeed: From cats to award-winning investigations

Buzzfeed came out of nowhere and became one of the largest websites in the world. The recipe where cute cat-videos, lists of things you really don’t need to know and pure entertainment. Heidi Blake worked for The Sunday Times Insight team, one of Britains most serious investigative teams. In March 2015 she was headhunted to the position as investigative editor at Buzzfeed UK. In this session she talks about how Buzzfeed combines entertainment with hard-hitting investigations”.
